Printing Capabilities:

• Cold web offset with tabloid or broadsheet configurations available

• 44" web with 21.5” cut-off

• Full color printing on every page (some restrictions apply for certain page counts)

• High strength color inks + Low Rub high quality black ink

Newsprint:

• 26# standard newsprint, 35# 80 bright or 50# single sheet Abisert, most newsprints made with recycled content

• Pressroom – 42 couple Man Roland Geoman 70 shaft less offset press, capable of printing two newspapers simultaneously.

• One 2:5:5, plus two 2:3:3 jaw folders for crisp clean folds, no matter how small or large the product may be.

• Mailroom – Two GMA 16 into 1 SLS 2000 inserters, One 8 into 1 SLS 1000 capable of inserting single sheets, small cards, or 100 plus page inserts with no minimum or maximum weight restrictions.

• 8 station Flexi-Roll buffer system with 5 bundlers

• Quipp 501 & Packman stackers

• Viper bottom wrap machines

• In-line ink-jet addressing

• Cheshire labeling

CTP

• Autologic CTP and workflow technology running Agfa N-94 Chem Free plates

• 2 Autologic Advantage DL CTP Imagers, capable of 240 plates per hour

• Arkitex version 7.0 Workflow Software

• 3 Grafix Rips capable of processing PDF or Tiff files

• Fully secure FTP uploading capabilities

• Full color softproofing of all transmitted pages using standard internet browsers

• 2 Dell Newsdrive processing computers

• 2 AGFA VXCF85 plate processors
